These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bubble Skincare online store, including purchases and communications with us. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Products and Store Information

We sell skincare cleansers, treatments, moisturizers, facial sunscreens and SPF products, lip care, masks, serums, sprays, toners, color-correcting products, skincare sets and bundles, and branded merchandise and accessories. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, packaging changes, and photography may cause colors or appearance to vary. Product information is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.

Availability may change, and placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities or discontinue an item where permitted. Follow product labels and directions, review ingredient information, and consult a qualified health professional about individual medical concerns or sensitivities.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or quantity limits. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

You are responsible for checking your cart, shipping address, billing details, and contact information before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you need a correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Store prices and transactions are in United States dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Prices, promotions, and availability may change. Discounts may be subject to separate terms and may not be combined unless stated. Taxes are charged as required by law and are calculated based on the information available at checkout.

Payment

The checkout displays the available card methods. Supported card networks are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, and UnionPay. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amount shown at checkout. Payment may be declined or held for review by the card issuer or payment processor. We do not claim support for a digital wallet that is not displayed as available.

Shipping

We ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping charges, any available shipping promotion, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of delivery. We pay eligible return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, and cancellations may be requested before shipment. See our Refund Policy for the complete process and reasonable exceptions.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product presentation, software, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Bubble Skincare and are protected by applicable law. You may use the Site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Site content without permission, except where law permits.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not interfere with Site operation or security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person; submit false information; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; use automated means that create unreasonable load; resell access to the Site; or use the Site to violate law or harm others.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, and carriers. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party site or service that we do not control.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubble Skincare will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights concerning defective or nonconforming goods.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
