Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Bubble Skincare ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Address eligibility is determined by the options presented at checkout.

Currency, Shipping Charges, and Promotions

Orders are charged in United States dollars. Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and any free-shipping promotion for which an order qualifies are shown at checkout before payment. We do not promise a free-shipping threshold that is not displayed at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Any available processing or delivery estimate is displayed at checkout or in the order communication. An estimate is not a guarantee. Carrier operations, severe weather, high order volume, address issues, security review, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Provide a complete and accurate email address and shipping address at checkout. When tracking is available, it is sent in the shipping communication. You may also follow the instructions on our Track Your Order page.

Address Changes

Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We will try to help before shipment, but a change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier. The customer is responsible for information entered incorrectly, except where law requires otherwise.

Delays, Missing Packages, and Carrier Scans

Tracking events may take time to appear or may show delivery before a package is located. Check the delivery area and household, review carrier notices, and then contact us if assistance is still needed. We will review available order and carrier information and help pursue an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

If a package or product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the package and item may help. Your rights and remedies are described in our Refund Policy.
